Doubtful Sound
The sheer vertical drop coming off of most of the mountains in Doubtful Sound, and the rest of Fiordland National Park were astounding. Trees have a hard time staying rooted into the solid rock walls of the mountains, and often times slide right off into the Sound, allowing new growth to make its own attempt at defying gravity!
